These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("player" or "user") of the kyat777 platform and its services ("Service") and us.

• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (all methods)
• Deposits are normally reflected in the account instantly or within a few minutes.
• Players must use a payment method registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails due to a technical error, please contact our customer service immediately.
• In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, we reserve the right to review deposits.

Players may withdraw from their kyat777 account subject to the following conditions—

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours (Myanmar Standard Time / MMT)
• Withdrawals are normally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If a bonus is involved, the specified wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made — see Section 6 of the Bonus Policy for details.

Welcome Bonus Details

• Bonus rate: 150% of the first deposit amount
• Maximum bonus: 500,000 Ks
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn

Example (calculated):

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering: 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
• Deposit 680,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,180,000 Ks → Wagering: 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is issued once per player only.
• If you wish to claim a bonus, you must select it at the time of deposit — it cannot be applied after the deposit has been made.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is fully met, the remaining bonus amount will be deducted.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bonus without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected (multi-accounting, money laundering or related conduct), the bonus and all associated funds will be forfeited.

Players must compete on the kyat777 platform through fair play only. The following actions are prohibited—

• Bots or automated software: Using bots, macros or modified software to play any kyat777 game is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: If players are found to have coordinated with each other to gain an unfair advantage, their accounts will be blocked.
• Fraudulent Payments: Making unauthorised deposits, money laundering, or similar activities.
• Platform Hack Attempts: Any attempt to compromise the security of the service will be dealt with legally.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through Bonus Abuse or Multi-accounting to claim bonuses repeatedly.

If such violations are found, we will immediately suspend the player's account and conduct an investigation. Once the investigation is complete, the player will be notified of the result.

Players are responsible for keeping their kyat777 account secure—

• Set a strong password using a mix of characters and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with anyone — our staff will never ask for your password.
• Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to us immediately.
• Players are solely responsible for the security of their own computer and mobile device when accessing this platform.

Any changes to your contact information must be updated promptly. We are not responsible if we cannot reach you due to outdated contact details.

kyat777 may suspend a player's service for the following reasons—

• If a violation of these terms is found
• If there is involvement in money laundering or fraud
• If a legal directive related to problem gambling is received
• If a request to terminate service is received from the player

When service is terminated, the player will be notified in advance, and any remaining balance not linked to a legal violation will be returned to the player.

kyat777 protects players' personal data with SSL encryption and uses it solely to provide the services on this platform.

• Players' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties — the only exception is when required by a legal directive.
